This bracelet is inspired by J. Crew’s Jeweled Cuff (available here.)
To make this cuff, you will need:
- An assortment of rhinestones
- E6000 glue
- Scissors
- Piece of paper
- Plastic packaging from a spool of thread. (See below.)

I buy a lot of this Wildfire beading thread and they all come with a plastic protector to keep the spool from unraveling. They just happen to be the perfect size for a bracelet.

Bunny assistance is optional.

Step 1
Cut a strip of paper the same width and length as your bracelet.

Step 2
Arrange your rhinestones on the strip of paper the way you want them on your bracelet.

Step 3
Apply glue to the end of the bracelet and press the rhinestones on.

Repeat on the other end.

Step 4
Apply glue in the middle and glue your center rhinestone formation you layed out.

Step 5
Fill in any bare areas on the sides according to what you arranged.

Allow glue to dry. You’re done!
Using that plastic piece from the thread spool is so clever! I want to make a clear bracelet this way now : )
Wow, I could have had a hundred plus bracelets. What a great idea and a marvelous DIY.
